When will lifetime purchases come back?
Believe it or not, before there was a stupid subscription for this app, there was a one-time premium purchase model. And it’s not as if the monthly subscription incentives the developer to improve the app. Check how long the gap is between updates to see how much this developer cares about their app.

Handy Although it still has occasional bugs it works well I use it to keep track of where I have been when I forget to write down my time for service calls to my customers

No longer works
Obviously, from the history of the reviews, this used to be a fabulous app. I’ve been using it for about a month. It was working great.
Now it crashes every time I open it. Will someone please recommend how I can fix this?

used to be good but no longer worth it
used to work well but doesn’t work any more after subscription model implemented even tho I paid for premium previously. fortunately was able to find better and more accurate alternatives that are free
Used to be great, stolen from us.
Purchased the perpetual license years ago to support them. They recently revoked those licenses and went to a subscription model, no longer supporting those who supported them early on. Guys, I understand the need to move to a subscription service, but at least honor those who have previously purchased the perpetual license.

Just doesn’t work
Unfortunately the app doesn’t work. It crashes, or doesn’t load. When it does load, it does not actually have the location data that is its only purpose. This is a long-standing problem that has persisted across updates, and across iOS platforms. Before finally deleting it and leaving this review, I gave it ‘one last chance’. First, it told me my subscription had expired (I have an email from 2 days ago saying I have been billed my monthly fee). I reopened it and now it says it is ‘rebuilding the database’ - but is just frozen. I can’t waste any more time on this. Sorry!

The accuracy is quite good, this is a well thought out program by apparently people who care and nurture their product.

I am a non paying subscriber but I will pay in the future. With COVID here to stay, it’s helpful for contact tracing and I think the owners of this product should highlight that fact and the general usefulness of the product.
As a service electrician, I use the app to check my time on jobs when I am invoicing.

Won’t run
Since the latest version release, the app won’t run on my iPhone XS Max. It says “upgrading to the latest version/ Please wait…” but never seems to get there. According to the Apple Store, I already have the latest version. Oh well.

App is so slow and boggy that it’s not worth using. I used to be able to go to any day I wanted. Now app is so slow that it takes forever to load and you never know if it’s giving you the locations for the correct day. Sits there and changes every couple minutes.

I paid for premium access years ago. And now you want me to pay again. I was told I would have access to my data until April 2021, but I HAVE NO ACCESS AT ALL BECAUSE THE APP IS CONTINUING TO CRASH.
