This app easily permits abusive comments towards its talent, while simple pointless words are banned automatically, many insults and slurs are not. Most importantly, this app does not do anything to prevent targeted harassment campaigns and bot-like behavior. This app must ban all malicious words and phrases, and restrict accounts that leave hateful and offensive comments repeatedly as well as put in place a cooldown period between comments to stop spamming. These are common and easy changes that could change the user experience greatly! Everyone on this app should be safe from harassment and verbally abusive comments!Show lessThaLenora

This app and system have so many issues. For one, the adjacent plus chat app doesn’t filter hateful and obscene comments. Many idols using it had to address how hurtful these comments have been since they are subject to seeing them. Secondly, the mnet plus app keeps logging me out! It’s so annoying. SANCTIONS: It is not enough to simply delete harmful comments. Mnet must take decisive action by deactivating or deleting the accounts of users found to be engaging in harassment, and by blocking their IP addresses to prevent them from creating new accounts.
IMPLEMENT ROBUST COMMENT FILTRATION: We urge Mnet Plus Chat to develop and implement a more effective filtration system that automatically blocks comments containing harmful language, including words like [write examples].
IMPLEMENT POST LIMITS TO PREVENT SPAM: Mnet Plus should introduce a daily limit on the number of posts a user can make. This will help reduce spam and ensure that the platform remains focused on meaningful and positive interactions rather than being overwhelmed by repetitive or unnecessary posts.
APPLY THESE MEASURES TO PLUS CHAT: The same standards should be applied to the Mnet Plus chat feature. Users who post harmful messages should have their accounts deactivated, their IP addresses blocked, and they should be prevented from subscribing again.Show lessARIIIPAO

When I first downloaded this everything was going good but after a month it wouldn’t let me back in I kept trying but it just kept kicking me out and i even uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still did the same thing. It might just be me but I don’t know.JN.!?

I want to vote for the i land 2 contestants but it’s telling me I can’t vote, why? Because I have to download the app…while i’m on the app. It redirects me to the website but then to the app store and i can’t download it because I ALREADY HAVE IT DOWNLOADED. I have to keep installing and uninstalling the app for it to work. Even after uninstalling the app, the problem isn’t always gone. Mnet please fix this!!!!!Show lessjaijwnwie

I downloaded Mnet Plus has minor bugs. I downloaded Mnet Plus, so I could support the contestants on I-Land 2. I wanted to give Metaballs to my favorite trainees. However, when I click the support for I-Land 2 it constantly said “You can participate in this mission through the Mnet Plus App”. I downloaded the application, but it kept sending me to the App Store to download Mnet Plus. The app is good overall. The only issue I keep having is that it tells me I need to have the app to do things on it, even though I have it. It’s just confusing and it doesn’t let me do mich on the apponyx_idk
Great app! But I have an issue.
This is a great app but everytime I try to support someone from I-LAND 2 it does not let me collect my daily metaballs. It tells me to go to the “MNET PLUS” app even though I’m already on it. If you could fix the issue please do. Thank you.Itsfunnehfanpage

It’s so hard to collect metaballs by watching ads because the app now forces you to wait 30 seconds between ads and the ads are extremely long and only give 5 metaballs each. Change it back to no wait between ads or decrease it! 10 seconds was already too longchocomochalatte
