The Quantum Health Wellbeing app complements the Quantum Health app. The app provides you access to a variety of tools that empower you to maintain or achieve a healthy lifestyle. Depending on your company’s wellness program, the app may include: Understanding your health through a comprehensive wellness assessment Completing a variety of challenges Scheduling time with dedicated health coaches Accessing information about your wellness program rewards and activities Tracking your activity, syncing your wearable device and setting health goals Access varies based on your employer and organization and requires a one-time mobile access code, which you can get from your profile menu in the Wellbeing section of your Quantum Health account
