Customer Service requiring Social Security Verification
The app has been fun to use. But recently, I had an issue where my free bets from a promotion were not added into my account. I contacted customer service and they asked me to verify my identity with the last 4 digits of my social via text message or email. I’ve never been asked for my social via text message from any company before. I didn’t even know that was an accepted protocol or policy. I shouldn’t have to mention why giving even the last 4 digits of one’s social via text message isn’t a good idea. The app is otherwise great.Show lessIamSlAkbr

I have had to reload the application on a few occasions after getting stuck in one section . the promotion page is very creative and gives and a lot of details I have not used the Sportsbook as much a I would have liked after the promotional period. however I will use it more as we head into the fall sportsShow lessRonald Duck 58
