App never connects
The app never connects with the earphones. Waste of time and money. What's the point of buying a premium earphone if the developers do not pay any attention to the app.
Used to work…
I can no longer connect to my ze8000’s with this app. It used to work fine but now it has been months. Tried re pairing the buds, reinstalling the app, it just spins and eventually times out. Please fix.
App does not connect to my ZE8000
I feel cheated. I bought these with the idea I could make sound adjustments with the app. The app never connects. It times out. It has never connected with my ZE8000 earbuds. There seems to be no way of contacting the company or the app developer.
Completely broken App
Please final, fix your app. I didn’t pay $400 for a pair of iems with a non functional app. Absolutely ridiculous
App does not connect easily
It takes several attempts before connecting. Then multipoint connections does not work. Need to forget device on Mac book in order for phone to connect. Needs clear instructions to operate
Can’t connect
Not sure if it’s because of the latest update but just bought some ZE80000 and app won’t connect with buds (connection time out)
Worked before, broken now
I can barely get the app to show my ze8000 now, and when it does it times out trying to set up multi point. Genuinely terrible experience at this point.
