Fantastic Game

Really enjoy playing this game. Not constantly badgered to spend money, which makes me more inclined to occasionally indulge, lol 🤣.
Beautiful graphics, smooth running, great opportunities to accumulate bonuses. In my opinion, very similar to maj jong (maybe spelt wrong), but keeps the grey matter working whilst being enjoyable. Would definitely recommend to anyone who likes this type of game but doesn’t like to feel hustled.

Typical match 3 with lots of glitches

This is the standard tile, match 3 game but with the added benefit of having a glitch that ends the game early, regardless of how many open spots you have on your tray. You can waste the few coins you can earn to “undo” moves (and repeat the loss again and again) or actual money purchasing “undo moves”, shuffle tiles (again spending coons or actual money), or waste lives and live your own version of this match 3 version of the movie Groundhog Day. This occurs on numerous levels, and getting ahold of support is next to impossible. After contacting support and them misconstruing the issues and glitches to the game (even with screenshots), I see their response is just more of the same misconstruing of issues. The game actually fails when you select certain tiles - regardless if your tray is completely empty or not. I uninstalled the game because of the ridiculous interaction with support (after sending them each item they requested) in addition to encountering these glitches repeatedly after over 1100 levels.

Response from developer

Oh, we are really sorry for the situation you experienced! It seems you are confused about how to play our game since the issue you mentioned is not a glitch. When you pick a tile from the board that triggers a blocker from the game, you will fail on that level whether you have spaces on your rack or not. Therefore, you need to think twice before picking a tile. Most of the other 3 match games you mentioned do not have blockers while our game does. If you still do not understand how to avoid blockers, please contact us from the game directly. We will be happy to help you to pass the level!

Addictive

Only just started playing, but thoroughly enjoying it. Thought provoking and highly addictive.

All good things come to an end

I really enjoyed this game, and I got a good amount of play time in without having to watch too many ads. But then the levels started to get more “difficult”/luck-dependent (eg, the next tile I needed was completely hidden in the draw pile, which has the tiles stacked in a way you can’t see what any of them are). Suddenly watching ads became a strategy I felt compelled to use in order to earn coins to buy power-ups to help me. But sometime after level 7000, the levels became impossible to beat without using at least one power-up, and eventually I ran out of coins and I was going to have to resort to watching ads to slowly collect coins and buy those power-ups to have any chance of beating levels. Not cool. It was lots of fun while it was actually playable, but I’m not gonna let unfair level design extort me into paying to win.

In response to dev message:
I gave the game a second chance, and..I stand corrected, it is possible to win higher levels without using power-ups.

As long as I can accurately predict the next tile in the facedown stack, or finish a complex timed level within the increasingly ridiculous short time limits.

For the average player like me who’s incapable of seeing through the top tile in a stack and has to play (fail) a timed level multiple times to memorize and beat it without using power-ups, it’s impossible to maintain a streak.

Response from developer

We are sorry that you think this way. We accept that some levels are harder however, it's %100 possible to complete all levels without using any help. If you still cannot solve the puzzle, you can always contact us from the game. You can send a message by following the steps: Menu> Settings> Support.

Enjoyable

No ads so far. I hope they don’t start now I have given a rating.

PROBLEM since updated

I love this game but since I loaded the new levels available the game will now not load at all 🥲I cannot find anywhere for support. My apps say it has upgraded but the game just says UPGRADE and won’t do anything else. I’m not a happy bunny

Good game

I like the game and play it a lot. But what the heck are the stars for? I have so many of them and no idea what their purpose it.

Response from developer

Hello! You can think of the gold stars as your lifetime score. You cannot use your score. Once you press on it, you will see the leaderboard. Every week, players who earned the most gold stars get rewards. As for the blue stars, when you try to trade stars with cards, you don't use your score. Once you open Collections and tap into the "Trade Corner" there is an info button top-left of "Your Stars" text. When you earn a card you already have, that card's stars will be saved here so you can use them to trade.

Relaxation blown to bits

I play these games for the puzzle aspect to relax. Every time one of the timed puzzles come up, the relaxation of the game is blown to bits. Then it brings the tension back. I don’t want to compete, I want to relax. If I could buy my way out of the timed puzzles forever, I would. Just like paying to have the ads go away. So I deleted the app when I got to a timed level and will try to find my relaxation somewhere else. I would have gladly paid up to $10 to get rid of the stinking tension causing timers. I left my tension behind when I retired. I don’t want a game to bring it back. My fingers are no longer fast but I want to keep my brain working. Sorry because otherwise it is a really fun and challenging game.

Like This Game but Frustrated

I really like the basis of this game. The thing I liked about it the most is the games are challenging enough but not timed. I just don’t do as well with timed challenges. I don’t mind the timed challenges in the calendar because you have options to watch a video instead of lose coins if you are not successful. I would not mind the timed challenges in the levels except if I am not successful I lose 250 coins the first time and 500 coins if I don’t complete the puzzle with the added time. A little too much in my opinion and causes me to be frustrated. Like the game but have quit playing it due to this fact.

We are sorry to hear that. We will let the developers know about your message about timed levels. Have a great day!

Kms

Why do you show the nice new pictures on the blocks, but then when
we download it, the pictures are still like the old ones.
It would look nicer if you would put the new block pictures on, they are
much nicer looking than the old ones.

Please sort this out as soon as possible.

The different pictures you advertise look much much better than the
old pictures on the blocks.

Thankyou
