Great app!! However every time I try and load the app it freezes havenโt had a problem before and tried it on another phone same issue

there are no curses and i think that most people would quite like to be able to use them (maybe as the final spells)
Caster wand
The wand it self look stunning and amazing. I own the limited edition version of the wand. The app and learning spell to master them to control things are amazing but it is a shame that u now took them off of the market. As it be nice to own another one and it be also ace to have a app update and do more things too and for the customers service to react more to the feedback, but i guess you no longer have to, see this project got shut down .

Happy with the wand but the app could be better
I love the wand, have been very happy with it. However, Iโm disappointed that no more spells have been added other than what we have now. Iโd like to see all the other spells from the series added, such as the snake summoning spell, other transfiguration spells, if be happy if even the unforgivable curses were added. I just want to see more done with this app. Disappointed more isnโt done with the magic caster wand

Love the game
I love Harry Potter so this game will fit me very well I donโt care about bugs except there is one little problem it takes sooooo long to download so if you can maybe find a way fix that i would be very happy:)
Issues since day one. Unhelpful support.
I have had nothing but issues with this product since its original purchase in 2022. I have reached out to support several times explaining that the application is an issue and does not connect the wand to my Hue smart bulbs. Their feedback was that the wand needed to be replaced. I wished I could make them understand that the wand never had an issue connecting to the app, it was that the app would not talk to Philips Hue. After many resets on multiple devices, multiple Reddit threads, and a year of updates, the wand still does not work and the support team behind this product has yet to understand the app is faulty and has many issues. The product has yet and most likely will never support the basic functions I purchased it for. Very disappointed at not only the product but the customer service behind it. Please do not purchase this device until they have resolved their terrible app.
