Great App

Despite the negative reviews, I’ve not encountered any issues with the app. Took me less than 5 minutes to complete from start to finish, with my employer notifying me that I had completed it within 30 minutes.

Simple way to prove my Right to Work

Easy to follow instructions to provide my Passport to my employer digitally to prove my Right to Work without having to bring my passport into the office.

Not a good experience

I have been asked to use this app for pre-employ checks. The app appears to not have captured the right info and doesn’t tell the user that critical information was missed. I have to do the task now for a third time…

Disability discrimination

Rule number one of HR in the UK : don’t do anything to be seen to discriminate people based on a disability.

This app requires you to wink with your right eye. I am unable to do this due to a medical condition, so unable to use the app. Useless….
