Items missing, food cold and took hour and half
First time ordering using the app, order confirmed at 7.22pm. Finally got delivered at 8.50pm…. 2 pizzas missing and food that was delivered was Luke warm not even hot. Phoned up to ask about the pizzas and had a stroppy respond about how it has been busy and the pizzas were being put in the bag to deliver. No apologies. No offer of a refund even partial! Left with very hungry and tired children!
