Best sports cards trading platform
This is everything I’m looking for in a sports card trading app. I love the ability to be able to trade and make deals like I’m in person at a show. Even being able to buy out cards with cash is a huge plus. And you deal with real people and a third party middle man for safety. Used to be good - Pokemon died
I used this app heavily to trade Pokémon cards, including high end ($1k+). After tripping the fee for Pokémon cards with barely 24 hours notice, myself, and many in my community have stopped using the app altogether. It makes no sense to charge 4% on the total transaction amount when trading verifiable Pokémon cards. Emails have been ignored and feedback falls on deaf ears. It’s a shame because the platform has potential, but has completely alienated an entire user base. many of the posts inside the app are users, desperate to spend credits, and practically begging for people to trade an interact with them since Pokémon activity has effectively died.Show lessNot4LameRap
Authentication Not Worth the Fee
They are charging 10% of trade value plus $11.5 return shipping for trades, a large increase from previous fee rates. I can deal with people overvaluing their cards, but a 10% fee is insane. At this point why even bother using Veriswap when you can just sell directly on eBay instead. Their authentication service lacks transparency and still allows many scams to fall through.
That fee increase basically killed their only advantage and I will not be using Veriswap anymore unless they lower the fees.Show lessShockingmetal
Foundation is there but is getting too expensive
When I first downloaded this app the fees used to be 1.5% for trades but now they are increasing to 4%. I can understand why with the ability to actually verify authentication of Pokémon cards. However a 4% fee of the total trade value is a bit steep, especially when the trade is above $1,000 in value. The pricing of trades is what is going to make people leave the platform, nobody wants to pay $100+ for authentication and shipping when there is other viable ways of trading in this day in age. I hate to say it but I am one of those people that will be leaving this app if the trade % is staying at 4. With this being said the app is good, I have made multiple trades and I will not blame the app for the people who market their cards way too high because that is not the app’s fault but rather the traders on the app. I think the best ways to improve this app is to lower the fees/ pricing to intrigue new traders and keep veteran traders, and to implement a better way to check recent sales/ market value for cards such as utilizing price charting, eBay last sold, and TCG player as those three are the big 3 that everyone uses. Scam company and disgusting operators
Never have I ever seen a bigger scam of a company with unrealistic prices for services that they don’t even provide. I instantly cancelled my trade offer that was successful nearly 3 weeks later ( I completely forgot about the trade even being valid now) the second it was accepted i instantly contacted the other trader and veriswap to say the card has since been sold already I don’t have it anymore. And they still charged me 20% “flaking fee” of the total trade value which was over 5K USD and the fee veriswap took was 1 thousand dollars for absolutely nothing!! Yep you read that!! 1 thousand dollars for absolutely nothing. Upon speaking with veriswap I said I would be happy to accept the veriswap fee which was already charged which is what they would have taken for the trade but I will under no circumstances accept that robbery or a charge for a first offence also but a honest mistake at that. Whoever I was in contact with said let me see what I can do, didn’t respond for 3 days and on that third day I wake up to 1thousand dollars removed from my bank without my authority. Best Trading App Hands Down
Veriswap is trustworthy and reliable. I love doing trades on the app! I traded with a user that scammed me with a fake card. Veriswap personally took it upon themselves to make it right and got the card back to me! What company does that!!!? So amazing! They truly are for the user and I can’t speak enough about them! If you like overpriced cards THIS is the place.
As the title says, this app leaves you with a gross distasteful experience sometimes with most people asking double, and sometimes TRIPLE the actual sold prices. It’s not the platforms fault so no finger pointing towards them as i actually enjoy the thought of it being a safe way to trade plus the selling fees of only 1.5% is amazing so thats why im not rating it lower but the people that use this app just make me want to delete it entirely.Show lessJordanmixx
Change the name to PSA marketplace, nobody wants to trade…
Apps is full of PSA snobs that never want to trade anything. Everyone will just try to guy your collection offering you 40% for your cards, tell you your grail cards are worthless, and only offer you cheap junk. Then they’ll turn around and trade or sell the slabs for 120% markup, but again that’s only if you can even get any trades in the first place. Seems like all anyone wants to do is show off their PSA slabs and never trade or respond, should just call the app PSA Facebook or PSA Marketplace. It was great when I initially made a few trades, but now the app has become useless, and some orders do really take forever.Show lessMe515555
