Kospet has a lot of work to do. I've had 2 watches. One died (tank T1). The other (T2) is only consistent as a watch. Everything other than time hardly works at all. My advice, spend the extra money and buy something that actually works. Would not recommend.

Plz if u can update the watch so we can open a pic or video sent frm whatsap or other application. U have a great software but all other watch has this option . Wish u can u do it for us

Terrible
The app says it connects to Apple Health. It doesn’t. I’ve tried everything to be able to link the data from my watch to my Noom app and it just is impossible.
It says you can do 12 or 24 hour time. You can’t. I switch the toggle to 24 hour time being “off” and it’ll go to 12 hour for maybe 20 minutes TOPS before all the sudden it’s toggled itself back into 24 hour again. It KEEPS doing it. Also, even for the brief time it does manage to stay in 12 hour the single digit times are still reported with a zero in front. For example…it can’t just be “9:00 AM.” It has to show up as 09:00 AM. How do I know it’s in 12 hour format and not 24? Well, because it does the same thing in the afternoon. You switch it to 12 hour format and it’ll read 03:00 PM, not 15:00. Then, a few minutes later it’s back to 24 hour format again. It is INSANELY frustrating.
Lastly (since I could barely get through 2 days so far without throwing this thing in the trash), my step count won’t reset. This morning I woke up after sleeping all night to find that I hit my step goal of 5000 steps on my way from my bed to my bathroom. Obviously that’s untrue, but what actually happened is my total from yesterday never reset…it just continued where it left off.
Do you think Kospet’s support team is helpful with even a single one of these issues? Nope. Or at least I assume nope. They don’t respond so in all actuality I have no clue, but so far that’s a logical conclusion.
The bottom line…if I had this to do all over again I wouldn’t touch this watch or this app, or this company for that matter, with a 10’ pole ever again.

Wrong information!
Does not support apple HealthKit! Does not synchronise date to apple health app! I will complain to apple store! I bought the kospet tank t2 just for having data on my apple health app!

Overall I'm satisfied with my watch. Set up took some patience and time. However it's easy to tweak my settings. I had some of the issues mentioned in the reviews. Most issues were resolved in my set up. I gave it a 4 because it doesn't consistently monitor and track my sleep quality and things that seem to need exact placement of the watch on my arm.
