The app has been non-functional for months. You can’t even login. Support says it is a known issue. How do you have a service down for months? If I had known this before signing up, I wouldn’t have signed up. Mobility is super important for me.
In case anyone, anyone cares, the error that I receive after inputting my username and password and trying to login says “ something went wrong. Please log out and try again.” Yeah, I’ve done that 100 times. And I’ve opened a support ticket just to be clear.
