Widget pictures don’t send after a while
So me and my partner have had this app for a while, and there’s a process thru which you can add a widget on your phone and send pictures to each other that show up on the widget, so you can see each other in different settings, with different filters/frames, etc (kinda like Snapchat but more wholesome) except, while I’m abroad, the app randomly stopped working, and the only functions that do work still are the status setting and pet settings, and don’t even get me started on the whole cash-grab-to-keep-your-pet-Alive-thru-ads system. Overall, it was a nice app to use, but unless the problem gets solved with relative efficiency and speed, it’s not recommended to others and there are plenty of other apps that do the same exact stuff better and more extensivelyShow lessjbull3773

Since the Ad “All statuses are Free” came out it is staying as the main picture on the widget with no options to change it

Pet upgrade not working
I spent a lot of time upgrading the pet to level 6 but can’t access the plant feature. Anyone else having the same problem?Plushzilla
No support available and logs you out itself
I paid for the lifetime membership with this app, and they have just randomly logged me out and does not let you back into the app. I logged in with the same email address I paid the app with and i have requested for my membership to be restored within the app, but it tells you to come back to check at a later date. This has been everyday I have been checking and it hasn’t done anything. There are lots of different emails in which nobody has responsed to over the past two weeks.
Very unhappy with this and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase anything in app because you’re unlikely to be able to log back in after they log you out.Show less_eva01x
Amazing for LDR of ALL kind
Me and my long distance bestie started using this recently and it really helped with our communication. A lot of the things are free and there is just the right amount of stuff that requires money. That way you it isn’t completely useless without money. 10/10 would recommendMadame_V
Stopped working
I have had this app for a long time and it’s been very good in my opinion. Me and my partner got it and now we just use it for the pet we have. It was really great until a bug happened and we both couldn’t get in. That was fixed eventually but now recently, I haven’t been able to do anything in the app. Every time I open it, it loads then says “your request has been timed out”. It’s really annoying and I don’t know why it’s only me. I’ve tried sending feedback but it won’t even let me do that. It’s annoying and please get it fixed soon, if you can.Show lessWire.50000
