Using the search feature on iPhone13 pro and selecting a category take rugby as an example the app informs there are x number of live auctions and their remaining duration, when selecting one of the auctions it displays zero live events but does list past events.
Credit Card double charges, and infinite delays.
Paying through the app generates double charges for your credit card and customer support cannot solve them. The lack of immediate direct support should give you signals of not a very reliable org. Also, still dealing with items won several weeks ago with no shipping yet.
