The app itself is a good idea, but execution is fairly poor. A 7 day trial would’ve been better.
On top of that the audio guide is just a bot that reads the guide transcript… to me it wouldn’t sound good when walking around a great historical site.

We strive to continually improve our applications and always welcome critical comments. We appreciate your feedback, however we feel it is fair to add a few words of comment. 1. The problem with Jerash was resolved within a few hours, btw it was quite specific to your installation. Everything is now ok. As we mentioned in our private correspondence, please accept our apologies. If you experience any problems in the future - please do not hesitate to contact our support, we will not leave anyone without help. 2. We would love to know more about the "fairly poor execution", apart from the single problem mentioned above. 3 The "audioguide is just a bot reading the text". Actually, our goal is to provide our clients with an alternative: either to listen to OR to read our content. Jerash is quite an extensive audioguide to an extensive place (20 stops), so we think it may be helpful to offer our users this choice. The text version is also very useful for those with accessibility needs. Regarding the audioguide voices. They have been carefully selected and tested with our customers during our 5 years on the market and 25+ apps in 9 languages released. Of course, we will review the guide for possible errors and make sure it still sounds as good as possible. I hope you had a good time at Jerash after all :)
