  • Awful app and no customer service

    Just purchased app on my new phone and keeps telling me to contact customer service to log into app on the phone I don’t have anymore. I have the subscription and won’t let me use it so I canceled it. It’s an awful customer service cus sends the same message over and over to contact customer service and then say contact them later and they will take a look and then the same message ~ complete wast of time !!!! Awful app!!!

  • Paying extra after paying initial subscription

    I paid the 7.99 for the month and when I was trying to text my client, the text wouldn’t go thru without paying 2.00 for a 100 points to use text message. What is the 7.99 for if you have to keep paying for points to use text? Hard pass

The excess points need to be purchased additionally to use. Our cost is relatively high and we do not support unlimited use.     I was downloading the app so I can talk to people because my iPhone won’t let me for some reason and I opened the app first thing was the number I picked my number next was the payment I declined it then I was going to text ___ then I pressed send I still had to pay can y’all please make it to how we don’t have to pay just to text that’s how you know they asking for money

  • I want my money back

    I deleted this app after signing up for the free trial because even though it says it works with my phone l, it really doesn’t. Not in any kind of useable way. I went to subscriptions to cancel the free trial so I didn’t get billed when the free period was over and it didn’t appear anywhere...not until it billed me for a subscription I can’t use and took my last 8 dollars. I want a refund for the subscription. I never used the the service because it doesn’t work and I canceled the subscription right away once it actually showed up. I think that whole free trial doesn’t show up as a subscription until after your billed is a poor practice by apple and should be changed. Gimme my money back please kind sirs and or madams.

    paid 2 dollars for 100 points and didn’t get the points nor my money back, customer service isn’t responding.

    I was searching for a “Free Text app” and downloaded this one, when opening it ain’t free, only 3 day free trial then pay … so this is not free “NOR FREE TEXT APP”
