  • Charged without authorization

I was checking out FREE weight loss apps. I downloaded this app but when it went so far that stated there was a monthly fee, I deleted the app. I never agreed to pay a monthly fee, yet now I have a charge on my cc.
  • False information

App info says you can scan food barcodes…this is not true you have to download and pay for another app. On their app you have to enter all the individual info from the label…not the ease of a food scanner!!

The site is easy to use
  • Liked old app better…

I’ve had success with WW (tracking in older version of app) in past and wanted to count points again. The old app worked well but wasn’t able to download the one I had. So I paid for this one (icon looks exactly like old app). Price was reasonable but it seems to me there are LESS features than there were before-for instance, I’m pretty sure there was an option to do 1/2 portions of items already in custom list. Also it’s seems there’s no way to delete entries from custom list. And also no database to search? voice search is added feature, but I also liked to be able to see options in database-pretty sure they had they had this in earlier version. And a way to connect to my Apple Watch would be nice as well. There’s another app I found that tracks points (unfortunately, after I purchased this one again) that seems to have much more features.

  • Not calculating correctly

Update: for the developer to say “you are wrong” is unhelpful to customers trying to use the app.

    ****

When I enter numbers in the food calculator there isn’t a spot to add in sugars, so the points are calculated wrong. Also, it’s totaling my daily points incorrectly. The app developer’s website shows a different amount of daily points versus what is calculated in the app. 29 points versus 59 points is a huge difference!

    You are wrong.
  • Don’t buy yet

This is not an efficient app. Not well thought thru from a user pov. I’d ask for my money back if I didn’t think getting it back would be far harder than the $1.99 is worth…so good for them for making $1.99.
Not good deleting or editing options for scanned items in ur custom lists.
The ability to scan barcodes is nice but I’ve had a number of skus that the app didn’t have in its database…be aware.
Doesn’t explain things well…like the colored food lists…
Doesn’t currently have a faq section.

  • The old app.

I liked the old version of this app. I don’t like that to access the different charts you now have to pay a monthly fee. I have used it in the past and lost the weight which was great! To get it to work now, I had to delete the old app and pay again for it. Which, that part I didn’t really mind. Oh well. 🙃

This app hasn't been updated in almost a year. Weight watchers made sure of that. There is no monthly fee. If Apple is charging you a monthly fee, please let me know. Because it diminishes the legitimacy of my integrity and as the developer, unrelated to them.

Why is a credit card necessary to complete user info?
  • Waste of $2

Not much but if I PAY for an app I don’t want to get a new ad at the bottom of the page every time I click something!!! There are no explanations of anything. And if I type in a food I HAVE TO INPUT THE POINTS VALUE MYSELF!!! Otherwise I have to use the microphone to speak in a food and I am not allowing microphone use to a questionable app!!!

    USELESS WASTE OF $2!!!!
