Worked great until would not in-pause
Rented three scooters for the Woman's Half Marathon in Savannah to cheer on family and friends! The scooters helped us see them at several sports along the route with ease. We were able to be there to help my daughter when she threw up while running and provide her with water and snacks.
Only issue was one of the scooters would not in-pause but we were able to call the service tech and he fixed the problem quickly.

Not user friendly
The app wouldn’t allow to end the ride and I had to keep the scooter for an hour longer than what I needed because ride will not end although I had returned it at a designated spot and I was charged thrice the amount of what I had to actually pay. Uber ride would have been cheaper and faster for what I needed! Irresponsive customer care too. Tried raising tickets and calling them to return the scooter but got no response back and I had to wait till the app responded!Show lessWorst Lulu
Terrible
Absolutely terrible and very inconvenient. Had to add $10 just to ride and ended up having to walk a mile anyway because you have to park these in very specific spots.mikey.neeley

Worth it!
A group of us went to Savannah, and were saying how we wish we had scooters to ride. Happen run into these and we enjoyed them very much. Very easy to use and cool it allows you to pause the ride if you’re going into a store. Owner was also very nice and informative. Definitely recommend.westlake92
