Requires you to have credits to ride, $10 min. First ride $4.80, my second ride I thought hey I have credit, it forced me to pay another $10 to ride. Second ride $4.25. I would have taken a 3rd ride but you are required to park at designated spots, there are only 4 places you can park the scooter. Very inconvenient. Now I have a $10 credit which I won’t use. Total scam!

Great app, great functions, fantastic alternative to Uber around the downtown area. Would definitely come back and would love to use this app more in the future.
Worked great until would not in-pause
Rented three scooters for the Woman's Half Marathon in Savannah to cheer on family and friends! The scooters helped us see them at several sports along the route with ease. We were able to be there to help my daughter when she threw up while running and provide her with water and snacks.
Only issue was one of the scooters would not in-pause but we were able to call the service tech and he fixed the problem quickly.
Everyone was very friendly and we thorough enjoyed our rental. Highly recommend LuluRide!!!

Not user friendly
The app wouldn’t allow to end the ride and I had to keep the scooter for an hour longer than what I needed because ride will not end although I had returned it at a designated spot and I was charged thrice the amount of what I had to actually pay. Uber ride would have been cheaper and faster for what I needed! Irresponsive customer care too. Tried raising tickets and calling them to return the scooter but got no response back and I had to wait till the app responded!

Terrible
Absolutely terrible and very inconvenient. Had to add $10 just to ride and ended up having to walk a mile anyway because you have to park these in very specific spots.
Only option in Sanandaj but not impressive
Limited parking and slow scooters their brakes are also not efficient. Worst scooter rental service. 2 stars because the sw its

You have to return to exactly where you got it which makes this the most useless scooter you’ve ever used.

My wife thought it would be boring but what an amazing time we had together riding together around the city of savannah.
