There are some errors with the app. To start with, the location is on the wrong spot; maybe it is due to where we have to move for the pick up when we can’t at location. when I’m at front of the location it don’t let me confirm on the location spot. In the app is at the wrong location please just put the address location on the app not the last pick up confirm location or allow me to pick up anywhere within the same block. that is due to traffic or no space to drop the lifter. Lastly, the lunch brake mess my route because it didn’t let me drop off the client due to mandatory lunch brake can it be skip until I feel there a right time to take a brake because I had to call dispatch for pick up and drop instead of doing in the app. Please help..
