Never comes on time
Horrible service, overpriced, always comes late .Today 17 th of October I was on Hammond street(peakes lane stop) 15 min before for 3.13 bus.It came 3:40.Morning bus was the same that day.I am using this bus for school and ridiculously they arrive after school time.DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY for this silly service.

Very easy to use
Once I figured out how to add my savercard (it’s in the settings!) buying and using tickets was easy.
So much nicer being able to buy my tickets in advance so I’m not holding up the bus.

Can’t even log in
What an absolute scam. I’m trying to purchase a weekly bus ticket for my daughter who’s just started 6th form. We can’t get the student ticket yet as the school are delaying student ID cards so I’ve been trying to buy a weekly ticket to save money because £5 a day for her to get to and from school (with no guarantee that the buses will actually show up - 2 cancelled on Friday so I had to pay for an Uber) is absolutely extortionate. The only way to purchase a weekly ticket is via the app…and yet, despite having created an account for her and one for me, neither of us can log in and just get an error message. Yet we can log in with those details on the website. So we have to continue paying the daily rate. A scam and a rip off.

This app asks for too much PII data without stating its purpose. All I want is time table and I don’t need to register and provide PII data.
Have you never heard of progressive profiling or data minimisation.
At a minimum you should clearly state on the registration form why all the PII data is required.
I would suggest engaging your data privacy team. Holding less data is safer for me and safer for you.
As a customer you don’t fill me with trust and I stopped my login journey because of this.

Dreadful, can’t you just clone another bus app?
This is a disgrace, despite entering from and to, it insists on showing me how to get to Bedford. No function to be at a bus stop and see which busses are coming. How did this get released! Would give zero stars. Can’t you speak to another app and get something that works?

For a first time visitor, the app offers no guidance on which ticket to buy - there are multiple options on the app without explanation. Secondly, the cheapest day bus ticket the app offers is £4.30 but if you just buy a ticket at the train station its only £3.40.
