So far, not impressed.
The app is completely broken. In addition, I tried to reach out to a member of the care team which is supposed to be easily accessible, but unfortunately, there is no live chat or phone options and they need at least 3 business days to respond because their member support is completely understaffed.
It’s not clear how I should go about importing my previous medical history, and it’s impossible to speak to a person. I’m beginning to wonder what they are doing with this $40 a month.

Not a lot of “community”
I love the tutorials and seminars, but there is little to no “community.” There are like 2 spaces to chat in. There should be a teen space as well, since everyone in the chat seems to be older so I have no interest being involved in it. Having a discord for chatting and this app for educational purposes would be soooo much better.

App doesn’t work
It’s impossible to login and they never answer messages about the app being broken. Overall kinda frustrating because the service is great otherwise. Really hope they fix the app ASAP!

The app needs to be updated/Fixed can’t even log in, don’t even really like using the web version but have no choice.
