The way the app works is amazing, has you work at your own pace and doesn’t push you. The way it wants you to work together is a bit odd and old but sometimes u got to go with the old if it works better!Persia killer1985
Completed 1st course but 2nd course won’t open
I liked the app until I completed the first course and now the second course won’t open. I would not recommend paying for this app until the developer fixes this issue.derikrussell

Great for Team Development
As someone that’s worked on multiple teams across different large companies, there is no doubt that leadership development has been a part of every role. Most methods of leadership training are outdated and corny, but not Leaderly. The ability for users to have a unique track to completing leadership training is much more productive than having certain material forced on you to read by managers. Each user will have a more positive experience when reading articles that interest and inspire them at their own pace. This app does a great job at pulling together all the necessary resources for improving my leadership qualities. It has countless articles, videos, and surveys that are catered to me and the way I want to improve. It also keeps things relatively quick and to the point, so I can just jump on the app daily and not feel like I’m having to “deep dive” into every topic.
