I’ve been using the app, and majority of the restaurants associated are not aware of the app and when you come to redeem your earned points or prices, they always give you a low quality product because they feel it’s free and you are not paying for it. The app should tell restaurants that one of the aims of the app is to bring more customers through their doors, and eventually forge a long term loyal clientele. But if they are not treated well and respected whether paying or not, it’s unlikely they will return.
