JUST BAD
No contact with anyone only on line. I use a IPAD works lousy. Makes cancellations impossible.. called my credit company to stop service. Overall it’s a ripoff..
Is this app a joke?
No seriously is this a joke? This has such limited functionality. It’s not even usable so the amount we pay every month there really should be money invested in the app for iPad.
Missing functionalities
I like the idea of having Stockcharts as an app, this is a good start. However, some of the key features that I can think of that are currently missing:
• Zoom in and zoom out (like on browser)
• Annotate on charts
• Add and save tickers to new or existing chart list
• Search icon
• change timeframes
• view account settings
• run predefined scanners
• set alerts for tickers
• save annotated charts
I’m sure there are other features I left out, but those are some of the few that come to mind. Looking forward to future updates from the devs. I appreciate your efforts!

not as good as i would like
I am using iphone 13 max. Doesn’t matter which browser i am using. At first I was excited about the app, but not really useful any longer. You can see some of the charts but not being able to “pinch to zoom “ is somewhat hilariously missing. The app doesn’t give you a lot of options. I have decided to delete it and come back later when they work out all the bugs. just not very useful.

I compare this mobile app worth 1billion
I told below statement a couple of years ago.
If Match dating mobile app worth 1billion, StockCharts also worth 1billion.
Improvement suggestion:
If a person user ID expired, then an error message displayed as below.
“Your account has expired. Please renew your account to use the StockCharts app”
Please provide a link there to open mobile browser so people could click and renew their membership.
I hope it improves user experience.

Can’t use the app unless you are a paying member of stockcharts.com
The website is free to use (and the charts are top notch), but you have to pay them, through the website, to use the app.
Would not have spent the time to dload, install and try multiple times to sign in.
Also the app has no “forgot my password” button, and no link to sign up or create an account. Sadly, that’s probably to keep apple from taking 30% of their subscription fees.

Thanks for making an app!
I know this is new and I am hopeful to see features quickly added to make the app more friendly. Here are some of the things that I would like to see updated:
- “Update” button and auto update timer setting: currently there is no indication as to whether it will update on its own let alone with what frequency. I have to change chart styles back and forth to effectively hit the “update” button.
- Add the alert function: it would be great if we could set alerts through simple drops downs AND receive push notifications for triggered alerts
- Eventually it would be great if we could have the settings underneath the charts like the website has in order to tweak things here and there as needed. Currently you will get only the view of saved chart styles that were set up through the website.
More feedback to come, this is what is obvious after 5-10min of use.
Thanks again for making and app!! Please continue to improve.

Safari is more flexible on iPhone
First thing I tried was to review my chartlist, and found I could only see the chartbook view. I was hoping to be able to switch to tge candle glance, but not an option. When I tried to zoom my charts they slightly hesitant to unresponsive. So I’ll be sticking with Safari for now.
