You have to pay for every feature.
I already pay to have xfinity. I’m not paying a weekly subscription to use a remote app when I could just replace the actual remote. Actually ridiculous lolericahouck2000

Not good for multiple TVs
I have multiple samsung tvs on one wall and hoped this would solve my issue that Samsung did not plan for which is having multiple Samsungs next to each other. Samsung uses Bluetooth for remotes to try to change a channel on one affects all. This app seemed to be the solution but as soon as you change the remote to one tv it keeps asking for allow. Clumsy. My rating is based on my situation. Otherwise it seems to be a good remote app.tl3800:$$38!()/&85
