Price is also high. For $9+ a month the app should be stable with basic video recording functions above working.
The quality of filters/effects is overall good.
2 stars for a slow app, broken video functionality and high cost. Pros - if used for images where you’re not in rush the output is top notch.

Hi friend, First off, thanks for downloading Phlow! We're glad you're here. Let's get to the bottom of these lags. You shouldn't be experiencing any lags at all. We fixed a ton of bugs in the latest update. You may have a corrupt file which is causing a lag. I like this better than my normal iPhone camera!
The only thing that could make it better would be an option to detail edit specific areas of photos ( blurr, brighten, sharpen, etc.) but overall it is my favorite photo app!
Timer feature needs adjustment
Old review: Filter apps are a dime a dozen, but this particular app has the interval timer, which is super useful if you’re trying to take quality pictures by yourself. The problem is, whenever the timer is activated, there is a yellow timer circle that blocks the screen, so you can’t actually see what the picture is going to look like and make small adjustments – which is the whole purpose of having a timer. Hopefully the developer modifies this feature, and it will be a five star app.

Hey Inga! Ugh... We hate to see a user having issues with the app. We aren't experiencing these issues on our end but that doesn't mean it's ok. After we put out v1.41 we solved an issue where the app would bring up corrupt files. If you see any of these files glitching while saying "developing" you will need to delete them. We are working overtime to figure out why these files aren't responding. We can walk you through it if you DM us on Instagram @phlowapp. As for the self timer... we have made it smaller and that will drop in the next update :) support@phlowapp.com

Although app react to touch is abit delay I feel like, sometimes it won’t react and I will need to close the app and come back again.

Hey Jewels! Sounds like you are loving Phlow :) But it also sounds like you are having some issues with glitching. You definitely should not be experiencing the glitches. Can you DM us on Instagram (@phlowapp) or email us at support@phlowapp.com? It sounds like you might have a corrupt file. You may just need to delete those files (they might say "developing" with a glitching yellow progress bar). Once you do the app should be back to normal! Let's get this figured out for you.
Use it all the time
I’m a photographer as a hobby, so I’m used to using Lightroom and that’s why I thought I wouldn’t use this, but for how easy and quick this is I’ve been using it way more than I thought I would. I mainly take landscape photos and wish I did more portrait stuff bc I think it would be even better for that. I love this app and I’m so excited that they made it. Didn’t know I needed it, but definitely never deleting it. Thank you Helen and Zack!!!
Also, if you guys happen to see this, I think it would be incredible if you guys shared the process that went into building your app and how you did it from day 0 to launch and executed your idea. So many people have ideas and don’t know how to do what you guys did. I would watch every single bit of content about how you guys brought this to life and I’m sure many others would find it valuable too! No small thing to launch an app and make it successful!! You guys must be so psyched!!!
