  • Annoying Application Flow

    This app is incredibly frustrating to use, starting with a constant need to reverify myself via text and email mfa. Once in the app, it doesn’t properly portray your statement balance, rather it tells you a minimum and the current total usage. This makes you either have to dig into your statement for the exact dollar amount or refer to an email. Regardless this app can be pretty to look at but functionally has to be one of the worst UI’s for financial management.

  • Frustrating App

    I have the AMC credit card and as such I have this app. When it works is great however it’s very frustrating when you’re trying to verify your email and get no email. I repeatedly have to try to login, but unfortunately I’m not able to once it kicks me out it takes forever to get back into the application. And with this latest update not fix any of those bugs. I can go online and login with no issues and get the proper emails and verifications however, the app is a different story. They really need to figure it out.. I don’t recommend this app. It’s probably easier for me to go online and pay my bill.

  • Extremely disappointed

    I was given a credit line when I completed the approval process using the QR code in a theater advertisement but then I’m told to download the app which seems like it’s trying to make me apply a SECOND TIME only to get denied after doing stupid selfies and drivers license uploading! None of my other major credit cards required this nonsense! Making me rethink being an A List member

    OMG!

    I had actually started to like this card but then a payment from SIX days ago had not posted to my account even though it was debited from my Bank. I was on the AMC website trying to find the payment history and somehow I ended up making ANOTHER payment which had ZERO conformation! There was NO option to cancel the payment so I called Customer service, talked with a domestic agent that was eager to help but sadly the call dropped!!! Upon calling back, I talked to two different offshore agents that were totally useless and one even refused a Supervisor or to allow me to speak to someone with knowledge on THEIR website! I was forced to call my bank to cancel a payment that had not even gone out! That is unacceptable!!! ALL other credit card websites allow you to cancel a pending payment done before it’s been processed! CLOSING this account and canceling all FOUR of our A list accounts!

  • Scam

    Straight up scam . I applied then it said i was approved I provided my picture selfie then after that it was put under review and within a day it was declined 5 times !!! I have a 750 credit score !! Scam!!!
  • Crappiest card/customer service you could get

    I love going to the movies and I actually spend quite a lot going every week or two so I decided to get a credit card and join the A-list. I got the card. It was going great. I later get a charge for a payment that I didn’t make. I reached our to them and customer service was bad. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I was told that they resolved my payment and when I asked if I had to pay that even though I didn’t make the transaction, and they said there was nothing they could do and I would probably have to pay. When I call they make me email and when I send an email, the email says that I need to call. So what do I do? Which is it? You’re better off just not even getting the app or calling. The app is just as bad when it comes to disputes and false charges.

    Applied for this card and approved. After approval you have to download the app so you can finish your application. It is a complete waste of time. It never sends me an email so I can finish my application. Called customer service only for them to tell me that they were going to send me an email. Turns out the email gets me nowhere either. It’s a cycle that is a dead-end. I checked my spam. I deleted the app and re-download it a few times to no avail. Apparently it has a lot of bugs. They need to do something about it. Very frustrating. I don’t recommend you apply until they fix it.

  • Completely useless

    I was instructed to download this app and finish the application process. It sent me a code to my phone which I entered, then it sent a code to my email which I entered and kept getting an error message that something went wrong. I tried multiple times and gave up. I have no idea if I got the card or not and the error message was too frustrating so I gave up. This is the absolute worst way to make people sign up for a stupid credit card. There’s no number to call, so I can’t get any help. Guess I won’t be going to movies at AMC?
