Sorry you're having trouble getting started. It sounds like at some point there was an e-mail address that's different from the one you have now registered with your driver's license number. If you can send an e-mail to revenuedatabase@cityofchicago.org with your driver's license number and what your current e-mail address is, we will send you a code to reset your password on the new app.Putrid garbage

Not working
Unable to use this app says email (invalid) and or drivers license number already existed. When family member has. EVER used this before….Tink1312
