Sorry you're having trouble getting started. It sounds like at some point there was an e-mail address that's different from the one you have now registered with your driver's license number. If you can send an e-mail to revenuedatabase@cityofchicago.org with your driver's license number and what your current e-mail address is, we will send you a code to reset your password on the new app.
