But in my area (Tallahassee, FL) none of the cashiers know about the program. It’s set for you to enter your rewards number, but it drops off as soon as they’re done scanning your items and there’s no way to get back to it. Since they have no idea what it is even, you just don’t get your points or deals for that trip.
