Unable to connect switch/plugs.
Registration page would not cooperate.
Earlier version worked out but was not upgradable.
Went to WYZE to get reliable plugs.

Cannot use any of the functions in app
I had no problem getting this plug to connect to my WiFi. I also can click the on/off toggle to control the plug manually. But I am unable to use any of the features such as scheduling, countdown, etc. if I go to the settings I just get a loading screen and then after awhile I get a message saying there's an issue with the product. I've tried restarting the plug and reconnecting but this did not help. I can't even use my smart plugs for what I bought them for thanks to the faulty app.Show lessKristi Boo

App is Impossible to Use
I had no issues connecting the smart plugs to my WiFi. However, the app is next to useless. Any time I click to a new page, the app loads until it times out. I can’t set a schedule or anything. The only thing I’ve been able to do is add the devices, but what good is that if the app is too buggy to even be able to access any controls?Show lessa_bird

Setting the timer is troublesome. To move from one task to tha next. Is time consuming. The app just hang in one window. Thereafter, if you made it to the task. The app hang process starts over. I’ve been at this for a few days now. Trying to set the timer. 🤷🏽♀️👈🏿 Oh well.Big Homie Abe

the interface for this app is terrible. it took a number of tries to program the times for a lamp. and then to change it, forget about it. this ought to be simple; it’s not.micschi

Bought these smart plugs and had to download the app to control them via my phone. The connection process was pretty simple following the instructions. Pretty cool features within the app like setting scheduled ON/OFF times and remote ON/OFF controls from virtually anywhere via your phone, which is perfect for lazy/forgetful people like myself lol.Show lesssteven_skates12
