not accurate
the recently played section is never accurate and is almost always behind by several hours. it shows what I was listening to hours ago, sometimes days ago, without refreshing or updating to what was actually listened to most recently
Amazing concept, needs better data
EDIT/UPDATE: I’ve also noticed the app does not always show what I’ve played most recently in the “recently played” section…would love for that to update more frequently!
I think this is such a unique app concept; it’s so much fun to see my friends’ listening habits! But as others have said, it doesn’t feel entirely accurate. My top artists are usually pretty much correct, but I keep having top tracks that I listened to once or skipped over completely in a playlist. Would like to see more accuracy! Also, one reviewer had a great idea for a “recommended song;” that would be a really cool addition! I’d love to have the option to add something you recommend to your friends, maybe when you get the Friday drop notification. All in all, love the app, just some frustrations with data!

Hey! Thanks so much for the review :) When I originally built it I literally thought my friends would be the only people to ever use it. As it has grown to over 300,000 users, I've tried to keep improving the data collection to ensure it stays accurate, but that has been the single hardest part! I still have more ideas for how to get the data to be more accurate and up-to-date, so keep looking for improvements there.
