Impossible to complete the game
Decent game overall, but a few very irritating things. One, the events for the store and pharmacy are impossible to finish. I have fully upgraded both, use the instant finish every time it shows up, have the gifts of faster customer and faster employees in place, and I can still only get 35 customers max to check out in the time limit. Feel like it should be similar to the other events in which the nonevent customers wait to go in. I'll have event customers still in the store or pharmacy 10 minutes after the event finishes. Secondly, the bank vault maximum is 5 million. So why does the final chair in the waiting room cost $5,274,030?? Literally impossible to fully upgrade. I was enjoying this game for a time but the more I've upgraded and built, the more I don't enjoy it.

Hard to upgrade
Good game but hard to upgrade without having to keep watching ads or paying, gets boring after a while

It’s good as idle game to play few times a week but nothing more.
Cons:
- zero customisation options, all is about upgrading
- cheating mode always on, every minute you get free cash, superpowers etc, really can’t see point in this, and you can’t disable it
- unrealistic economy
- still got few bugs tuning the gameplay, for example you can’t fully upgrade everything because you can’t physically have more then 500k money - and some upgrades need more than this
- after a while it’s just boring

Love the game but too many tabs on screen
I absolutely love this game but there is just way too many tabs on the screens! The tabs are also quite large so is difficult to see :(
Great game but 1 major issue
This bug needs to be fixed. I can’t upgrade the receptionist to full or the cleaner to level 5 and full as I can’t pay for the over 5million upgrade cost with only being able to hold 5mill in the bank
Good game, not many ads
I noticed that this game didn’t have any written reviews so i decided to give it a shot and i really like it! it doesn’t force you to watch ads and you can actually play the game, advancing can be slow at times but you must be patient, overall it’s a good game and i can see myself playing this time and time again!

It’s pretty okay
There’s A LOT of icons begging for money that cover a good portion of the screen, which get annoying after a while. Should be a toggle to hide/display them.
Also the only room that ever needs cleaning is Grooming Room #1. None of the other rooms get dirty and just have a bunch of cleaners doing nothing.

Love it!
I have been playing since it came out and I have to say this game is one of the best! There is PLENTY to do! There are numerous rooms and people to upgrade. The ranks do get kinda pricey after rank 2 BUT there is always videos to watch to get extra money and there’s a person that comes and drops money in your hallways. I cannot wait to see where this game goes and I hope they add another hospital soon! I’m not even close to finishing this one but I can’t wait to reach the next one! This game has kept me busy that’s for sure!
