  • Use it daily

Couldn’t ask for a better to do app
  • Pesters Me to Finish Tasks

I have the app set up so that I get reminders to complete tasks. The best part is separating tasks into different projects. I realize that most apps allow different lists but calling them projects is way cooler 😃
  • Grand Master

Simple, single app that interfaces with 0365 perfectly. That’s the winning ticket. If you can manage my tasks, which all come in via email, you’ve won me over. I’ve used it for 3 years now and not looked back.

The gamification is good too, as they were an early adopter and did a nice non-creepy approach. The karma makes you realize how much value you are getting from the service. On the rare occasion, it will need an reinstall. When it’s down, I’m totally off course!

All my interaction with the company have been pleasant and super quick. Web interface is perfect but the office add in works flawless. Price is worth it 100%. There is no tool that can do it all. Not even outlook. They try, but ultimately there are too many aspects to connect, and too many users not using all those features. 365 with one note is too feature rich. If there are too many steps, I’m out.

    Great app!

  • Amazing app!! I have had it for 3 years

I have had this app for 3 years and it is amazing
  • I Am A Lot More Productive

The app is super helpful. I get way more done. I waste a lot less time trying to figure out what to do. And I never forget what I have to do. I can easily prioritize and know what is due when. I tried many other to do apps and this one was by far the best in terms of functionality and how it’s set up. Highly recommend.

  • My favorite ToDo app, and I've tried most of them

Can't explain it, but it just feels helpful, well-designed, and unobtrusive. I like using it, which is the best thing you can say for an app. The nicer the design, the more likely I am to actually log a todo. Other apps may have more functionality (sub-tasks, etc) but if you don't want to use the app then what's the point. Todo looks and works great across phone, ipad, and desktop.

  • Me of the best todo lists I've ever used!

I've been looking around for a way to capture all my todo items for personal, work, and events that i coordinate. I've tried a number of things from pen and paper to Evernote to other apps. Non of which met my needs:
    - ability to group, tag, categorize tasks
    - easy to use
    - easy sync form phone to pc to Mac
    - quick to add in a task

The inbox feature is brilliant! Key board short cuts all me to easily add tasks to the inbox. Throughout the day I check the inbox, just like I would check my mail, review the items and either complete the task or prioritize and file it under certain project.

The ability to tag tasks, place them into project buckets, and create different search filters , Makes it easy to organize all the tasks.

I feel so much more productive. After using the free version for a couple days, I decided to buy a one-year subscription. Awesome product!

  • Loving it so far & motivates me to be more productive

I was looking for a to do list app that I could use across multiple devices. Researching a few different tech sites lead me to Pill Reminder . I immediately bought Premium seeing there is a 30-day refund guarantee. After using a week, the app has accomplished the bare minimum I was looking for - a to-do list across devices, and then-some. It has just enough organization features (scheduling, notifications, labels) but not overwhelming. Plus their gamification feature "Karma" which gives points for completing tasks is making me more motivated to keep better track of all my tasks in Pill Reminder and helps make me stay proactive in being productive.
