  • Update broke it

    Everything was fine before the update. After update my therapy pads reset to 100% and have not moved even after a couple of uses. App isn’t recording time used either. Please update the update and fix it.
  • So annoying

    Until I updated the app, everything was working fine. After the update, I had to login again, and then I could no longer use the same therapy pad. Had to scan a new one. Thanks for wasting my money losers.
  • Updated App froze up

    Worked fine for a month but the recent update is stuck on a screen asking me to buy new pads or not. Deleted and reinstalled but no change. Device is now useless. Caveat emptor.
  • Timer needs to continue when still using the app

    The timer stops timing when one wants to look at another app. The machine keeps applying the therapy. In order to do a workaround I set a timer using Siri on my phone. The developer really needs to adjust the timer so that it will keep on working while looking at a different app.
  • This is re: the app

    Good instructions but needs to tell how to place your leg or if you can walk around, also the timer doesn’t continue to count down time if you leave the app. It pauses the time but the machine still goes.
  • Alleviated My Knee Pain

    I’m very pleased with My Motive. I’ve had knee pain for years, but have never needed surgery. I’ve done physical therapy for a long time and that helped a little. With Motive, it eliminated my knee pain after a week. It’s been great to use since I am a daily hiker.
