I got stuck in middle of my ride

I purchased the daily pass from the Finsbury hub and got to know not a single bike is in good condition no service nothing and by my luck some what good bike i got and pull it out and gone half way in middle of my ride the bike display turns off and turn into red and the bike got stuck when I contact to the support they said it got some glitch innit so go back to the hub and take the new bike i was shock from the outcome as I’m already in the half way of my destination there bike some fault i suffered from it and you guys know the amazing point they said as i leaved the bike on the road and didn’t return the bike to the hub so i get penalty of £10 pounds how funny is that. Kindly if you want to run up in this business so look after services and provide the quality work.

I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere and I can't move because the app doesn't work, I can't unlock the bike, I can't do anything.

I'm going to abandon the bike on the street, because you don't provide support, there's no way to call and there's no way to access the support.
