I got stuck in middle of my ride
I purchased the daily pass from the Finsbury hub and got to know not a single bike is in good condition no service nothing and by my luck some what good bike i got and pull it out and gone half way in middle of my ride the bike display turns off and turn into red and the bike got stuck when I contact to the support they said it got some glitch innit so go back to the hub and take the new bike i was shock from the outcome as I’m already in the half way of my destination there bike some fault i suffered from it and you guys know the amazing point they said as i leaved the bike on the road and didn’t return the bike to the hub so i get penalty of £10 pounds how funny is that. Kindly if you want to run up in this business so look after services and provide the quality work.
