The CommunityCare Connect mobile app is an easy way to access and manage your health insurance information. With our 2.1 release, we’re displaying additional information in My Benefits Overview to help you better understand how copays, coinsurance, and deductibles apply to your plan.

The CommunityCare Connect mobile app is an easy way to access and manage your health insurance information. In addition to a tablet version of the app, here’s what you’ll find with the 2.0 release: • You can enable Face ID, fingerprint or pin code for quick authentication (depending on your device). • Access to the online provider directory from the app. • A new 24/7 care tab with a link to Saint Francis MyChart. • A link to the Price Comparison Tool. • A Health & Wellness tab with a link to a personal health risk assessment and free wellness resources. • A secure email feature to initiate a conversation with a CommunityCare Customer Service team member. You can expect a call within 24 hours. • Updates to the Benefits Overview, Deductible Overview and Visits & Claims tabs to display all medical and pharmacy copays, accumulators and claim information for active plans. • Improved navigation throughout the app.
