Next, when you create a memo, the App Store typing all type of random phrases in the middle of your memo. So there's no way you can use this. Not only that, but if you don't cancel it in three days you may have pay for something that does not work at all. Period.
The phone number to contact them doesn't work. I sent an email. Hopefully I'll hear something back.
