Very basic and not worth the money
I used to use a free service to record phone calls and this service is no longer available. I tried this app and it is very rudimentary. There’s no way to edit the title of the recording. There’s no way to edit the transcript to fix typographical errors. I just downloaded the app this morning. I’m so disappointed with it that I plan to request a refund.Show lessBouZhee

first of all the free trials, not free, unless you remember to go out and cancel it before three days.
Next, when you create a memo, the App Store typing all type of random phrases in the middle of your memo. So there's no way you can use this. Not only that, but if you don't cancel it in three days you may have pay for something that does not work at all. Period.

First use and I am blown away with how efficient the app is, easy to use and does exactly what it claims to do!!! Once week trial is up £5 I will be signing up for the whole year £40 approx worth it! lack of respect. there is no customer at service at all. the app missing good points, make noises when we are on phone call it's not worth having that. My subscription was canceled without asking me and then out of the blue it was reopened…..but I’m still running out of my files!!!AllBen5

Horrible. Not reliable, takes an inordinate amount of time to transcribe, and the transcription's are mostly inaccurate.ShaktD
