Hello Colgate 76, We’re sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve faced with volume control. Unfortunately, volume control isn't supported through TV sticks by default. This is a limitation of the TV stick's functionality and not something we can modify through our app, I'm afraid. To resolve this, we recommend connecting the app directly to your TV instead of the TV stick. This should enable a broader range of controls, including volume adjustments.
