Fan Claws is an app for pet owners who need to look after their pets and for pet lovers who would like to earn money doing what they love. If you need to go on holiday or a business trip and cannot leave your pet with anyone, if you are at work all day and your pet is bored at home alone or has no one to take it out - pet care is available any day and at any time via the app. The app offers the following services: • 24-hour pet sitting at the sitter's property if your pet is friendly and doesn't mind changing places, and at the owner's property if your four-legged friend is stressed about moving and new places; • hourly pet sitting at the sitter's property - drop your pet off at the sitter before you leave for work and don't worry about it being bored while you're away, and take it home after work; • hourly visits to the owner's property to look after your pet - if your four-legged friend is quite independent and tolerates loneliness, the sitter can visit for a few hours to feed and clean it or take it for a walk; • dog walking - if your dog requires a walking schedule that you can't keep because you're busy, walkers will be happy to walk your dog as many times as it needs at the required time. SITTER IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD One-click selection of sitters that are closest to you. They will be able to look after your pet when it's convenient for you. A handy map with the exact location of sitters for better navigation. TRUST AND SAFETY The profiles of all sitters go through three steps of verification: 1. checking the phone number; 2. email verification; 3. identity check, which includes a verification of the authenticity of the identity document and a verification that the face from the photo and the identity document match. HONEST REVIEWS Only owners who have used the sitter can leave reviews for the sitter. This excludes the possibility of casual reviews. EASY TO BOOK AND PAY Find and book the most suitable sitter for you and your pet in a few clicks. Pay your orders securely in-app and online. If a sitter refuses to fulfil an order or performs poorly, we will refund your money.
