Is a fun app to use, however the realistic style never works no matter what prompt I put in to it. It just says ‘error’

Amazing app, beautiful pictures, and many options for art work. My only issue is that it needs to have the option for different size canvas, the art is so beautiful I want it as my background but the art is only generated in squares, not rectangles like what a smart phone is.
