Turn on local networks
On iPad or iPhone go to settings the apps, click on the CQ4U and enable local networks and it will work
Loses connection
It works when it's open but when once you close the phone and then re open it says " connection lost" and you have to reconnect. It won't stay connected, and it's a bit annoying. I'm constantly making adjustments and have to reconnect Everytime. I'm using the CQ-18T and iphone 13
Great app!
I was skeptical on Allen & Heath products for a while until seeing a friend of mine use this product. Once I seen them use the board and seeing how the apps worked with it, it was a no-brainer for me. Great product!
Simple easy to use
It’s pretty basic, makes it really easy to use, haven’t had any problems with it. Does what it should.
No
When the app updates by itself the night before a gig you better pray to god that everyone else got the same update because you’re going to be forced to update the mixer and then others won’t be able to use it if they didn’t go get the update. Really really really stupid and probably enough for me to take the mixer back and get something different.

Hard to connect
And when it does it doesn’t hold.
Used on CQ-12T
This is an amazing app for personal monitor mixing. My whole band takes care of their own IEM mixes, and the CQMixPad on my iPad does the rest. If you’re looking for the best UI mixer/app on the market, look no further than the Allen&Heath series.
