This app changed my life
The app includes features for physical, mental and financial health. Some of the features that I love the most is being able to convert the exercises I do during the weak in money. Also, taking pictures of my food and it says how nutricional/ caloric it is. Plus the meditations are amazing, they really helped me sleeping. Finally, the financial part helped me budgeting for the month and I was able to stick with the plan and see what I could do differently. It is also an educational app, there are many interesting readings that are very useful. The app is super easy to use and it really change the way I live for the best.

Qualidade de vida!!
O app tem me ajudado muito no retorno a atividade física. Saber que a cada treino eu estou chegando na minha meta semanal me estimula a continuar para bater minha meta. As vezes termino o treino minutos antes, mas saber que tenho a meta do app me faz continuar para fechar mantendo o objetivo que tenho na Fully. Além disso, uso a parte de meditação guiada e comecei a financeira também. Super recomendo!!
