No new issues for quite awhile
I have home defender subscription by I haven't gotten anew magazine in quite awhile.
Beware!
If you purchase the subscription then be aware that each issue is not Home Defender. Since subscribing I have received two issues of a magazine that I did not want. I turned off my auto renewal and will resume purchasing issues from the store
Terrible app lousy customer service
Lousy app and if you ever have to delete and restore the app they force you to "prove" you purchased a subscription even though they clearly have assigned a subscription number and have taken your money out of your account. They are only too happy to take your money but aren't too willing to help if you have to reinstall their app for any reason. Never had this kind of experience with any other app

After reinstalling still not able to restore purchases
Even with over 15GB available on an iPad mini with iOS 7.0.6
Constant crashing
Right after buying a few issues on my iPad which is running iOS 7, the app began crashing upon launch, every time. Still works on iPhone, but not on iPad.
