Impossible to use
Impossible to use app. When trying to book a trip using map, it immediately returns you to the main screen. You also can’t give feedback in app. I hope they fix this because it seems like a great service.Triggdor
The app is unusable
When I click book a trip, and select the pick up spot on the map, it shows the map for one second and then it goes back to the very beginning and it doesn’t let me use the map whatsoever!
When I click give feedback on the app, it opens the email for one second and then goes back to the very beginning just like the map.
So frustrating, this is unusable many people probably cannot use public transportation because of this.Jacob Zollinger
