Time
I must be doing something wrong . Watch continually looses correct time. Is it because it is not synchronised to iPhone. At present consider it a pretty useless product

The watch keeps jumping off connection which is very frustrating. But it seems titanpg are reluctant to refund or replace.
PGFit app
App seems pretty standard compared to the other smart watch apps out there, but it consistently loses connection with the watch; which means having to open the app and re-synchronise every time!
Disappointing App
The watch is nice and has some better functionality than other watches I’ve owned, but the App is waaayyy too basic: it doesn’t allow you to calibrate the blood pressure monitor and does not interface with Apple Health at all.
Watch face all lines.
What is the problem with this watch that the face is all lines . Can’t get them to go away. Please help. Is there a fault with this watch. How long do I have to wait for a reply. Sent email and pictures to weeks ago heard nothing back.
