Improved Recently!
I will be the first to admit, the first app was basically unusable.

However, this one is much better. I can actually get through my entire day without it crashing. Data synching issues are gone, photos actually work and the latest release is actually user friendly!

Orkin couldn’t fix the bugs in this app
Every update seems to just make things even worse than before. Constantly crashes and force closing does not solve issues. If you are using on a tablet can only be viewed in landscape mode. On a phone stays in portrait mode. And if you have more than one ticket in que be prepared to log out and back in multiple times a day. Otherwise you are looking at every ticket you have closed and open until your next log off. The only nice addition is the ability to look at more than one techs que at a time. But, to reassign a ticket you have to unassign, save then reassign.
