Can’t get past “add photo”
Love the idea of this but haven’t been able to use since there is no option to either add photo or skip. I can select the photo but that’s as far as you can go with the app.Lola200811

Can’t get past the photo upload to the chat, which is the most useful part of the app.Tinkergoth
Has potential, needs certain things to fix.
The interface is pretty and works well. It signs you out from time to time, but you still get notifications. It’s just a little annoying to sign in again but maybe that’s on purpose because there are records on there.
My one complaint is that the chats get mixed up out of chronological order so it’s hard to find the chat that is relevant to me. I also wish there was a function to delete conversations as some of them are empty (i.e. msg from the doctor or I accidentally started a conversation).Show less0804nights
Buggy, won’t let you do a lot of things
The app is only good for chatting with the team.
It won’t let you book any appointments through the UI, and only brings you to chat.
Won’t let you update your credit card.

Hangs on photo upload
Very frustrating! Just hangs on photo upload page, cannot bypass or get into the app.
Please consider just emailing all documentation because (based on other reviews as well as my experience) this is a very buggy app.Andrea2793

Great concept App is glitchy AF
So I really enjoy the aspect of being able to communicate and have all my animals files in one place only thing is within the last 2 weeks of me actually really using the app I have been forced to delete it and re-download it on numerous occasions.
Sometimes it will just keep on asking if I’m a member and when I put the code in it goes back to the beginning never allowing me to actually get to my profile!
As well one of the times the codes to login that are meant to be sent via text we’re taking ages to come in that I would have to close down the app and start again or I attempted to get the code called in to me and it was from an American number meaning I would incur charges by answering.
It would be nice that if you are logging in on your phone that you just get to stay logged in unless you choose to log-out.
Or just making the login easier all together.
Again the concept with having an app is great the atmosphere at the actual office is awesome and the people Ive spoken with have been patient kind and courteous. This app though definitely needs some work 😅Show lesscrustycristy
