If you order your coffee/food through third party app, they usually have tax/mark up proces, but with this app it’s easier to order and gave mlre promos along the way.Mescreams

Ulasannya ditulis dalam bahasa indonesia untuk mengurangi miskomunikasi.
Saat memesan menggunakan aplikasi, pengguna mengalami beberapa kendala yaitu:
1. Ukuran gelas kopi yang datang berbeda dengan apa yang dipesan.
2. Pilihan susu yang telah dipilih oleh pengguna tidak sesuai (Pengguna alergi dengan susu sapi).
3. Pilihan tingkat kemanisan juga tidak sesuai.
Hal ini terjadi saat pengguna memesan untuk dikirim ke rumah.
Namun kesalahan juga terjadi saat pengguna memesan untuk langsung diambil di gerai terdekat.
Saat dikonfirmasi dengan kasir ternyata opsi seperti pilihan ukuran, jenis susu dan tingkat kemanisan tidak keluar di kasir saat pesanan dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi.
Tolong dilakukan pembaharuan yang signifikan agar kesalahan tidak terulang lagi apalagi perihal pilihan susu yang dapat membahayakan pengguna.
