Fiasco
I downloaded the app because Cultures pushed it when replying to Uber Eats ratings. And I like supporting restaurants through their own apps if I can. This was a nightmare. I placed the order, was tracking it, the delivery driver went to pick it up and the store didn’t have it, so door dash cancelled the pick up. Then, the store couldn’t help us because “they don’t have the order” and made me call their Head Office. The head office was closed, voicemail not set up, and couldn’t get anyone. I emailed them, and sent a message on Facebook. Never heard back, and had to dispute the charges to get my money back.
