Worst customer experience
I was forced to use carma for replacing a starter since it’s grinding. I took advice from the CEO but worst service ever! Not reliable. You are at the mercy of trusting the service center on your own.

Big time and money saver
I usually have to do all the leg work and call numerous different shops to get quotes for work on my car but with Carma they do all the work for you and it doesn’t cost extra. I got to see what each shop would charge for the work I wanted done which was an oil change & changing the break pads. Easy way to save time and money. I guess the shop pays a fee to be on the platform kinda like eBay where customers don’t pay fee’s but sellers do. Thank you!
